Joe Gormley’s strike gives Cliftonville a 1-0 lead at half time in Irish Cup final

IT’S half time in the Marie Curie Irish Cup Final at Windsor Park.

And only one goal separates Cliftonville and Glntoran and it was Joe ‘The Goal’ Gormley who has made the difference between the two teams.

It had been a pretty dull affair until the goal. Andy Waterworth had a good chance to put the Glens ahead.

But it was Gormley who slotted home after Liam Boyce put him through following a rebound off the keeper.

That gave Gormley his 44th goal in 90 games for Cliftonville
