A LOTTO prize of almost £100,000 remains unclaimed in Northern Ireland.
The winning ticket was bought in Newtownabbey, Co Antrim on Wednesday, April 17 and is worth £92,991.
The prize numbers were – 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 33 plus a bonus ball of 35.
However, if the claimant doesn’t come forward by October the money goes to charity.
A National Lottery spokesman said: “We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings – this amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody’s life.
“We’re urging everyone who bought a ticket in this area to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.
“Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa – someone out there could literally be sitting on a fortune.
“We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win.”
To jog Lotto players’ memories, Need U (100%) by Duke Dumont featuring A*M*E topped the UK singles chart at the time of the draw, whilst Paramore were top of the album chart with their album of the same name.
