Heavy snow fall keeps schools closed on Monday

A NUMBERĀ of schools across Northern Ireland remain closed on Monday because of the receent heavy snow.

Those due to be closed include:

Mossgrove PS and Nursery, Newtownabbey; Tildarg PS, Ballyclare.

St Kieran’s Nursery, Poleglass; Thompson PS, Ballyrobert; Assumption Grammar, Ballynahinch; St Mary’s PS & Nursery Unit, Cushendall.

The Good Shepherd PS, Poleglass; St Matthews Primary School, Magheramayo; Ballymacward PS, Lisburn; Holy Trinity Primary School, Belfast.

St Malachy’s High School, Castlewellan – Year 11 students are to attend their work placements as planned.

St Malachys PS & Nursery Unit, Castlewellan; Ballyhenry PS, Newtownabbey; Star of the Sea Girls PS, Belfast.

St Malachy’s PS, Kilcoo; Straid PS, Ballyclare; Edmund Rice PS, Belfast; Holy Trinity PS, Belfast; Edmund Rice College, Glengormley.

McKinney PS ,Dundrod; Lagan College, Belfast; Glengormley Integrated PS, Glengormley/Newtownabbey; St Patrick’s PS, Glenariff.
